Non-paying customer solutions

Spoke with fortnox - they have a collection service
1) We need to activate fortnox's 'påminnelsetjänst'
2) If the customer doesn't pay - we can activate fortnox's påminnelsetjänster
3) Fortnox sends a påminnelsen to the customer - the invoice can come from Stripe.
4) After 7 days, if the customer hasn't paid, Fortnox will send the invoice to inkasso
5) 14 days later if the customer doesn't paid - they give us 2 options. OPTION 1. Mark the invoice as bad debet (in wont be paid). OPTION 2. Or fortnox will send the invoice to kronofogden.
COST
Fortnox charges us for 1.9 kr for this service.
They charge the customer 60 kr. for the påminnelsen/inkasso
Konofogen charges the customer 680 kr. If the customer doesn't pay - npstorage has to pay
EVICTION
Kronofogden will evict customer and collect good.
1) We submit application (300 kr.) ´Du vill få tillbaka eller ta bort egendom' Link to the application KRONOFOGDEN
There are additional cost for them to collect the goods - but npstorage can get money back - but we need to clarify the details.
